Hi, I'm Derek and I make things.  Usually out of fabric and thread.

I create small, super detailed cross stitch hoops, samplers and all kinds of silly things.  

These are all designed by me - and they are meant to be hung and enjoyed in your home.  Usually as a little inside joke - or a perfect gift for an awesome person.

I enjoy working in the realm of pop culture, and distilling something down to an iconic object or phrase.  I'm open to just about anything though so let's chat.

This is me - I'm the one not cast in bronze.  I live near the Illinois / Wisconsin border with my lovely partner, Melanie and our dog Myra.
